Computer is infected by a virus or a malware, what do I do now?

I have a problem with "Security Shield". They pop up every 5 min and tell me that there are many viruses in my computer, that I should buy their license..

I have installed Sophos and don't want "Security Shield". But I didn't find any way to get rid up it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
